Caroline showed a marked increase in activity during early mornings.  Her graph still represents the "average" leopard activity patterns with higher nocturnal than diurnal activity, with activity peaking in the early morning and late afternoon.  She was looking for denning sites at this stage and her higher early morning readings can be a sign of her inspecting suitable lairs for the cubs.
